Lock Out Tags

Uticom manufacturers tags for a wide variety of needs including, lock-out/tag-out, hold, abnormal conditions, statements of company policy and other utility specific conditions.
Tags are designed to comply with current ANSI Z535 standards and manufactured to meet the durability requirements of OSHA 1910.147
Tags are manufactured from the following materials: (Also available in Reflective)

  • .030” PVC – surface printed with solvent based ink (5-7 Year durability)
  • .010” Polyolefin – tear-resistant, high tensile strength, surface printed with solvent based ink (7-10 year durability)
  • .030” U2200 Polycarbonate – printed with solvent based ink (7-10 year durability)

Critical handwritten information is protected from fading, abrasion and chemicals by a self-laminating cover.
